Welcome to Dressage, The Official Festival Party hosted by IBT13 and Horseplay. Dressage is an extraordinary club night with an equestrian edge.
For one night only Lakota will be transformed into an equine paradise, mixing leading DJs with cutting-edge performances, custom visuals and horsey surprises. It’s a microfestival in a club.
The Entertainment:
The entire club becomes a stage as performances sprawl out from the main stage to stairwells, side-rooms and even the attic.
Leading the way is Brian Lobel’s performance project ‘Cruising for Art’. Last seen at the V&A selected artists deliver unique performances to those brave enough to pick up a bandana!
There’s also a main stage full of dancers, choreographed pieces, and a whole room hosted by fabulous Londoners Sink the Pink, last seen hosting the Grand Palace of Entertainment at Bestival. Oh and don’t forget 5,000 ponies!
DJ sets include:
Pardon My French: Kiss fm boys playing the finest house with a disco edge.
Shambarber: Hugely popular Barbershop-come-club night, and Shambala residents.
Horseplay: A risky mix of nudisco and alternative dance with a fine dusting of glitter and sleaze.
Sink the Pink: Ultimate guilty pleasures and a ‘house party’ feel.
Dress Up!
Sparkling Showponies and Sexy Stablehands. It’s an arty party with a fun, dress-up vibe; a dance sanctuary for misfits and thrill seekers. Go equine crazy; pull on your riding gear, polish your hooves, comb out your mane and dance until you’re ready for the knackers yard!
