#IBTsummit Day 2: Explores the role of creativity in building a better future.
Gathering leading international thinkers, artists, activists, curators and community leaders we ignite conversation through artworks, workshops, key notes and panels about Climate Emergency, feminism, queer thought and action, and the role of art and artists in activism, civic engagement and public space.
The day begins with the panel Getting Our House In Order: The Arts Responds To Climate Emergency in which artists, scientists, producers and policy makers discuss art as vital in enabling the mass-creativity and imagination required to save the world.
The morning’s panel will be followed by the World Cafe, an opportunity to delve further, on round tables supported by inspirational speakers.
The afternoon panel So Long As Women Are Not Free, the People Are Not Free brings IBT Summit artists together with leading UK curators to discuss art, femininsm and patriarchal resistance in response to Arnolfini’s relaunching exhibition Still I Rise.
