Don’t miss this special opportunity to be part of an extraordinary workshop hosted by In Between Time in collaboration with the renowned Breathing Fire, Black Women’s Playback Theatre Company. This event takes place amidst the stunning We Are Warriors installation in the atmospheric Redcliffe Caves.
In 2019, our partnership with Breathing Fire brought together 130 women and girls from Bristol. Through workshops together we created the roars and whispers that form the dynamic soundscape of We Are Warriors. We crafted a supportive space where participants explored and expressed their own stories of the times when they have felt unheard or silenced.
Now, we invite you to experience this transformative journey yourself. Dive into a powerful and interactive workshop that allows you to share and explore your personal stories through voice and movement.
Breathing Fire is a collective of Black women of Afrikan/Caribbean descent dedicated to empowering those who have historically been marginalized. This workshop is designed for everyone, regardless of previous experience in drama, voice or creative arts.
